The online store provides electronic ski passes for use at the Ski Resort.
2. Scope of Service
Through the e-shop, users may purchase ski passes valid for a specific date or operating period of the Ski Resort.
3. Purchase & Ticket Issuance Process
3.1 Customer with Axess Card
If the customer already owns an Axess card, they may enter the card number during checkout and the ski pass will be electronically loaded onto the card.
3.2 Customer without Axess Card
If the customer does not own an Axess card: An electronic voucher is issued after payment. The voucher may be printed or presented digitally. The physical ski pass is collected from the on-site Pick-Up Box machines at the Ski Resort. A refundable card deposit may apply, according to the Resort’s pricing policy.
4. Prices & Payments
All prices are displayed in Euro (€) and include VAT. Payments are processed securely via credit or debit card through a certified payment provider. The Ski Resort does not store card details.
5. Cancellation Policy
Ski passes constitute leisure services provided on a specific date. According to EU consumer legislation, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to leisure services scheduled for a specific date. After successful payment: No cancellation is permitted No date changes are permitted No refunds are issued Exception: In case of closure due to weather conditions, technical failure, or force majeure, the Resort may offer: Rescheduling to another available date, or A refund via the original payment method.
6. User Responsibility
The customer is responsible for: Entering correct personal details Selecting the correct date and ticket type Entering the correct Axess card number Retaining the voucher until ticket collection The Resort is not responsible for incorrect data entered by the customer.
7. Limitation of Liability The Resort shall not be liable for: Service interruptions due to weather Operational disruptions beyond its control Incorrect user input
8. Amendments
The Resort reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
